PROCESSING, PRIVACY & PAYMENTS

All our prices are in Australian dollars and include a 10% GST (sales tax) applicable to all goods sold to Australian residents.

Details of all credit card orders are securely stored with E Way commerce. Your email address or personal details will not be shared with any third party.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders will be processed within 2 business days. Postal delivery may take up to 5 working days depending on the destination. For international orders, please allow 7 - 14 working days

 

RETURNS POLICY

Returns and exchanges can be made up to 14 days after receipt of goods. No refunds are available on sale items.

If your goods are faulty or incorrect, we will pay the postage costs to resend the replacement. Returns must be in the same condition as they were despatched and should be accompanied by the original sales tag and invoice.

Please note all our textiles are handmade and therefore may have minor inconsistencies in colour or weave. Such inconsistencies will not be deemed “faults”. We endeavour to sell our vintage range in the best possible condition, but small marks may be visible, and some will have patches. Small defects are not to be regarded as “faults” , but as part of the charm of recycled goods.

The colour of our product is reproduced as accurately as possible. However all computer screens display colour differently, so minor colour variations will not be deemed a reason for a refund.

IIf the item is returned for other reasons than faulty or incorrect goods, the customer will be liable for postage costs. SALLY CAMPBELL TEXTILES is not liable for the loss of returned garments, which remain the property of the customer until we receive them ( email notification). We therefore suggest you insure any goods that you are returning. You can exchange the item or request a refund.
